Working with countless entreprenurial businesses, John is himself an entrepreneur as a founder of VCF and the controlling owner. John brings the strength of over 25 years experience working with privately held businesses to the equation.

Jill White is an experienced Asset-Based Lender, whose career has centered around developing Working Capital Solutions. Jill brings 21 years of varied lending experience in the asset based and conventional banking business, including serving as a VP and Senior Portfolio Manager at a major financial institution. Jill oversees VCF's growing Account Management area.
