The Relationship Manager (RM) plays an important role in supporting the success of the firm by managing, analyzing and making recommendations regarding the credit risk and collateral valuation of a designated portfolio of borrowers. Upon approval, the RM will actively participate in the execution of the new business process and the on-boarding of new borrowers. The RM will be responsible for establishing a transparent relationship with each borrower. In the performance of the position, the RM will interact with Collateral Analysts, Field Examiners, Bank Participants, the Chief Credit Officer and the CEO.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Eight to ten years of full-time work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work the details and provide thoughtful recommendations to management.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.

The Field Examiner plays an important role in supporting the success of the firm by conducting field exams of current and prospective clients, in accordance with established examination procedures, to determine financial condition and collateral value. The candidate will be trained extensively by our senior examiner prior to conducting exams on his/her own.  The candidate will utilize established testing and evaluation procedures to determine, independently, that data is accurate and in compliance with the appropriate legal documentation and credit approved guidelines.  The candidate will submit written reports in established format of field examination findings and any other reports deemed necessary to demonstrate the financial and collateral position of the client or prospect.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work the details and provide thoughtful recommendations to management.
  • Exceptional time management skills and be able to work independently.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to work with large databases and datasets for extraction and conversion into useful business information is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, to include both local and overnight, predominantly in the mid-Atlantic region.

The Associate Collateral Analyst will have the opportunity to learn a sampling from all areas of the business.  The candidate should be motivated to learn, inquisitive and detail oriented. This is an entry-level opportunity consisting of a year-long training program where time will be spent in the firm’s four functional areas; Loan Administration, Collateral Examination, Loan Accounting, and Sales and Origination. Once this year of training is completed, the candidate and management will determine the best fit for the candidate based on the needs of the company and the performance of the candidate.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Accounting and Finance Majors preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large databases and datasets for extraction and conversion into useful business information is required.

The Office Manager plays an important role in supporting the success of the firm by providing quality customer service and assisting in a variety of administrative duties. It is imperative that the candidate have the inclination towards strong customer service, the desire to be part of a team, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional manner at all times. The Office Manager will maintain the front and back office as well as supporting multiple departments with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proofreading skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook); Asana and WordPress a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
